I just want to close this blog by saying thank you to Allison, Ashley, Doug and Dina for an amazing month. I had the best time training all of you. Everyone gave 110% every workout. Nutrition was excellent and you all stayed away from alcohol!!!!
I was impressed by all of your motivation and ability to resist temptation throughout the month. It's not easy, if it was I would not have a job. You guys rock. We consistently beat every team for the first 3 weeks of the contest and remember, we did not have big guys either.
Thanks again for an amazing time and the best part about it is that we all became good friends.
It I changed one thing in your life and training, than I did my job.

This is the Final weekend!!!!!
It has been a great month, I have not only had the best time training all of you, but I made 4 great friends. Whether we win or not (WE WILL WIN) I will always have Team Scarito's blog to go back to.
This weekend will determine everything. All I can say is that you guys keep doing what your doing. I wish all my clients were like you guys, motivated, committed, on time and best of all honest about what you eat. Remember, we need a top 10 list. The top 10 things you hated about Phil's workouts.

Another great weigh In for Team Scarito
Team,
Team Scarito made another leap closer to winning the Biggest Loser Team Challenge. Today's agenda was a run on the Radnor Trail with some stops along the way. Everyone did very well, given that it was probably the hottest part of the day.
Allison, given what she has been through came in to weigh in with the Team, now that is what I call a teammate. The most important thing this week is that we all stay on course, eat well and don't forget to take a rest day or a couple please. Allison, let me know how you feel about working out on Wednesday-Stay strong women!!! You Rock
Doug, have fun in Florida, I have no worries about you. Come back with less weight on you.

Change it up a bit, is the best thing I've ever heard from a client

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. I spent my weekend building window frames, and vacuuming drywall dust. Weigh-in tomorrow, I'm sure it has been on your minds, again no worries for Team Scarito, because we already have the contest won!!
Dina, blogged about how she is staying away from the gym and is going to change it up a bit, very smart. Take note of this, please it's all about changing up your routine!! That is why I try real hard never to do the same workout over and over. Or, you can train with those who just do the leg press machine at every session.
Tomorrow, bring your running shoes.
Sleep well.

How did today's Team session go?
Well, to sum it all up, Doug left early and Dina gave me the finger. I love you guys too.
Just kidding, Doug is leaving for Florida and Dina, well I think she really gave me the finger. Today was a tough session, it sort of was a modification of a prior session when we cleaned the floors. This Monday I believe everyone is going to drop another 3-4 pounds, which will basically leave the competition in the dust.
Tomorrow is D-Day. I will be doing 200 snatches and a mile run to celebrate our troops.
Ooorahhh!!!!

The Perfect squat
This is my goal for Doug. Doug how is the squats against the wall coming? Squatting like this will save your knees and back. We all must master the basics before we add any weight, remember that.
I say Dina and Ashley at CLM today, what a surprise!! I think this was their 2nd workout of the day. Tomorrow, try real hard not to workout before you see me. Ashley don't look at the scale tomorrow morning.
Allison, do you still hate me for making you clean the raquet ball court with your feet.

Congratulations!!! Team Scarito
Listen,
We had another week of weight loss, that is something to be proud of. Each of you lost weight every week we have weighed in. Each of you worked your ASS off for those pounds too.
I just want to say that I have never trained a group of individuals that worked so hard. I feel like we have developed a great relationship and are all working together as a team should. How many workouts do we have left?? Bells will be included in our next workout for sure. So everyone should get a stick and workout those tight muscles in the hams and quads. Please stretch, Please stretch before you go to bed and when you get up.
Going forward here is what NOT to do:
Never do a bicep curl!! It's useless. Lift you kids up and down 10x's instead.
Don't do the Treadmill workout more than 1x a day.
Ashley, every time you get on your scale, do 15 squat thrusts.
Doug, get to know your walls. Squat in front of every wall in your house
