The Perfect squat


This is my goal for Doug. Doug how is the squats against the wall coming? Squatting like this will save your knees and back. We all must master the basics before we add any weight, remember that.

I say Dina and Ashley at CLM today, what a surprise!! I think this was their 2nd workout of the day. Tomorrow, try real hard not to workout before you see me. Ashley don't look at the scale tomorrow morning.

Allison, do you still hate me for making you clean the raquet ball court with your feet.

You guys Rock!!! See you tomorrow.

    Body crashed!
    Tired, sore, crabby, aches, pains, exhausted.
    I ate chocolate and a soft pretzel! ahhh!
    But no booze! Had 1 thing going for me, i guess.

  2. Allison, I wondered where you were in Brenda's class yesterday! Sorry to hear that you fell apart at the seams. Sorry Phil, just got back from the gym this morning. Did Vicky's spin and abs classes, and I can't wait to see what you have in store for us this afternoon. When I was leaving the gym today, I saw the cleaning crew mopping the racquetball courts. I wanted to tell them not to bother, that we four had used our sweat as the mop water and the towels as the mops on Wednesday, but I changed my mind since it is raining today and we will very likely be in there again today!!

  3. Allison- hope you are feeling better today. Realize it was just one day and move on. Don't think you have sabotaged yourself because you haven't. It could have been A LOT worse. Just get the laces back in the sneakers, see you at 4 which I'm sure will be an ass whooping for us.
    Phil, I too was at the gym this morning. I did not see your blog until just now (not that I would have stayed home if I had, sorry). I will only go to the gym once on Saturday and Sunday though if that makes you feel any better.

  4. doug just got back from the poconos and is NERVOUS about the weigh in . Did 35 miles each day on my bike ...but someone ? slipped me a vodka tonic ... may not have 4 lbs this week... but I will have a POWER week for the final as I will be hanging with 2 thirteen year olds and healthy FLA living with tons of exercise . I will show up, I promise -
    see you for my FINAL work out with the group Monday afternoon
