Dina and I did BodyPump today and then ran the Radnor trail. I did spinning yesterday, and she did 90 min Verge yoga yesterday. No ETOH for either of us!!

ReplyDeleteLast night was hard. I was SO hungry. Went to Ashley's with the family for dinner... very healthy. Grilled chicken and veggies with berries for dessert, yum. Got home and wanted to eat my entire house. I did have a big handful of cherrios and a a fruit leather and then went upstairs at 8 pm and never went back down because I was afraid of what I would do. Fell asleep by 9:30 and woke up today feeling good!
ReplyDeleteI have also never eaten so many veggies in my life as I have the last week and I am realizing how much I like them (on the bbq anyway). Going for a double at the gym today... getting ready for Friday's weigh in!

ReplyDeleteSounds like you may have needed some carbs, probably why you were so hungry. Have some whole grains or sweet potato with that chicken and veggies to fill you up. You burned alot of calories with your workout yesterday so your body probably was asking for fuel!
2 workouts a day is becoming my "norm" which is a big change. On our weigh in Monday , I am looking to do as well or better than last week. The biggest problem with the no booze rule is witnessing first hand what idiots people really act like when they have had too much . Get ready to swim in cold water at my place - not too late to invest in a wet suit ! Doug
