Team Scarito,
The fact that Adam's team still has yet to weigh-in and post the Team's numbers, makes me suspect. I'm not sure who is monitoring the monitors?? Either way, we are warriors and will not fail, we fear nobody and we have to ability to resist everything that is tempting.
power to you!!

2 hrs of BRENDA today!
ReplyDeleteI love my Thursdays with Brenda!!
Holy shit, I feel like I live at the gym. Brenda's class this morning plus an hour of cardio and then back this afternoon for another hour on that dreaded treadmill. Thankfully Ashley and I push each other and are both crazy, it is easier to keep going back with someone else. We welcome anyone else to join the craziness if they don't feel like doing that double on their own. Our poor kids probably think we are moving in to the gym. See you all tomorrow afternoon for another work out and looking forward to Monday's swim (I say that now but I'm sure it will be torture).
ReplyDeleteIt is a darn good thing that I LOVE working out, but I think Ryan is going to look back on her infancy and think that she lived in Kids Korner, not my house. I am starting to get discouraged though. The scale isn't budging, and I was in a HUGE calorie deficit yesterday from the almost 3 hours of working out.
ReplyDeleteremember when the wife in "THE SHINING " finds Jack typing " all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy " over and over again .... well - I am moving into that crazy direction as my social life is no longer the same. I have gone from life of the party to angry sober man . all in the name of Phil's sick game ! See you all Monday ...
ReplyDeletenot i said the fly......
ReplyDeletesince i have not been on a scale in over a week now..i am feeling gooooood! the scale is the enemy! i feel stronger, hopefully a bit smaller and lighter, and my mind is happy. sun is shining, health is strong, great friends and family....ahhh.... LIFE IS GOOD!
see the ball...be the ball, baby! (golf saying)
we can do this!
See, this is what seperates all of us from everyone else. Everyone else, being those sedentary individuals that do nothing and complain that their back hurts! This is a good addiction. Getting in the gym, is my time. I block my training time off, no clients. Hopefully this stays with you after our competition, that is the key to a long and healthy life.
ReplyDeleteDon't you guys feel better about yourself?? It's only been 2 weeks. Listen, dont' worry about the weigh in. Lets just take it a day at a time. Bottom line is that you are healthier than you were 2 weeks ago, right?
